Damaged items must be returned for inspection prior to issuing replacement.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.
Refunds will be given only if replacement of damaged item(s) is not available.

Items are fresh and in good condition when leaving our facility.
Weather can sometimes damage products, but we protect as best we can against elements. (Sometimes this may result in
shipping with an ice pack – see shipping section for additional information).
The U.S. postal service will not guarantee, nor insure shipments against any damages. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee the condition of the item(s) once they leave our facility and are shipped.
