All packages are shipped via U.S. postal service, Priority Mail. The U.S. postal service will not guarantee, nor insure shipments against any damages. If you would like your package shipped via other carrier, please contact us prior to making a purchase online and we will obtain a shipping cost for you.
Yes. Occasionally we need to charge extra for oversized/extra weight packages. Also, order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii sometimes require an additional cost. We will notify you prior to processing your order if additional costs are required to ship your package.
Shipping prices shown are for U.S. orders only. If shipping to a location outside the U.S, the shipping will be calculated as U.S. online then the purchaser will be notified of any additional costs.
We like to inform people to allow 2 business days for processing of an order to be safe, as items are sometimes required to be made.
Generally, we ship Monday through Wednesday this is to ensure us that your order does not sit in a location where it could be damaged by temperatures.
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. We ship all orders promptly. However, occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturers' delay or having to make an item. You will be notified of any delay. We do not charge your credit card until items are ready to be shipped.
You may request, via e-mail, to have the tracking number e-mailed to you once the item has shipped. Note the tracking number and go to: www.USPS.com and track your order from their site. All packages sent out are sent with a tracking
We suggest that any holiday order's are placed 2 weeks prior to the date needed. We ship from our facility in a timely manner but can not guarantee an order to arrive on time if ordered closer than 2 weeks to a holiday/event. Also, many holiday items are sold out fairly quickly, so ordering early will give you a greater chance of us having the item in stock.
We try our best to keep items online up to date as to their status. However, sometimes the item is sold out in the store prior to getting to the online system. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you (see next question below).
Your items in stock will be shipped and you will be notified of the item out of stock by phone, e-mail or on the packing slip. You WILL NOT be charged for the item out of stock. We apologize in advance if do not have your item in stock.
